What will my report cost?

We have a flat fee of $629 which includes your inspection, the builders report and any further consultation with our building inspector.

How long does the building inspection take?

Generally from start to finish 3 hours.

How far in advance do i need to book?

We welcome urgent reports with our normal turnaround being between 2 to 4 days

What do you check?

Do I have to be there?

No, but you are more than welcome to attend and can chat to our inspector near the end of in spection.
